The turnaround
Scroll to watch one unit go from holes in the walls to move-in ready: sheetrock repaired, walls painted, and a final clean that leaves everything shining.
- Day one: The unit nobody wants to rent. Holes in the walls, peeling paint, stains overhead and a floor full of leftovers. This is where a turnover starts.
- Step 1 · Sheetrock: Every hole patched, taped and floated flat. Damaged board is cut back, patched, taped and floated smooth so the wall is sound again before any paint goes on.
- Step 2 · Paint: Then it gets painted, edge to edge. Prepped, primed and rolled out in even coats, with clean cut lines and the floors covered while we work.
- Rent-ready: The same unit, turned around. Fresh walls and a clean slate. All that is left is the final clean.
- Step 3 · Housekeeping: Housekeeping leaves it shining. Surfaces wiped, floors mopped and everything left spotless, so the unit is ready for the next resident.
- Handed back ready: Painted, patched, cleaned and ready. One crew from the first patch to the final wipe-down.
